Hi,
My name is Eugene. Two years ago I had a conversation with a friend of mine, Kirsty Walker, and she told me about a lady named Katrina who was a Personal Trainer and was running fitness classes for women around Newlands, which she was attending regularly.
I decided to go along and give it a go, and have been going along ever since.
I participated in my first weight loss challenge but for various reasons did not do that well.
Motivation is always the key, and my motivation for my second weight loss challenge produced great results for me (A loss of 15kg), which I have managed to maintain for the past year.
It has not been easy but being positive is always the key, and I have managed to keep to the basics of the diets and with regular exercise (Walking, Stellar Fitness Boxing and Circuit classes). I have also been participating in various events such as the Colour Run, Brookfield Butt Buster, and other fun runs/walks.
I have managed to keep my weight down to between 80 and 84kgs.
My family have supported and encouraged me all the way and because of this we all eat the same healthy meals.
So thanks Katrina for your support and giving all of the girls the inspiration and opportunity to look after and better ourselves.
