You will receive a 21 or 30-day accountability sheet with daily tasks. These will be different from 1 challenge to the next, so you won't get bored of doing the some thing every month! Some of the challenges will have daily walks a a big focus, some will focus on bodyweight exercises that you can do at home, and some will have a combination of both! Once you've completed the tasks, you can mark them off. There are days with 'extra' exercise sessions, as well as Stellar Fitness class options.
